Suicide prevention team leader

I have MA in Psychotherapy and Pcychotraumatology from the Institute of Psychotherapy and Psychotraumatology. I am currnelty working as team leader in the Hotline Suicide Prevention. My role is managment of the of the team members, also we do take the responsblity of receiving phone calls. Hotline Prevention Team main role is direct response to emergency suicide cases calls through the hotline, coordination with local authorities in the city, awareness rising in urban, schools and camps in Duhok governorate.
